Sportovní klub Slavia Praha – fotbal - more commonly known as SK Slavia Prague or simply Slavia Prague - is a Czech professional football club based in Prague and playing in the Czech First League. The club plays home games at Fortuna Arena.
Formed in November 1892 by a group of medical students, the club originally focused on cycling and later branched out into football 4 years later. Under the guidance of Scottish manager Johnny Madden, the club developed new skills and tactics which led to success for several decades. The club has many league titles and domestic cup wins and has also competed in European cup competitions on many occasions.
