love the vibes and the fans cheering

I really dont like a lopsided fan support for only the world no.1 Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha. I like them both but I like other players too. The chinese fans’ chanting just put me off!
The atmosphere is great
Staff manning RWS were warm and friendly. It's a treat with lychee ice cream n lucky draw

The match was exciting, but the facilities let it down. The seating is cramped, and the PVC material is uncomfortable for a long match. The screen placement is awkward—the angle is too high and blocked by the lighting rig. They also need better signage for the seating sections; I struggled to find my area after visiting the toilet. For the price paid, fans deserve a comfortable place to sit and a clear view.
This event is really worth to watch. I don't like the changing in schedule (2 matchs for the finalist in the final day) but overall, it's really good. The asmosphere and the music are great too.
This year, there is no session for fan choosing playing music inside the arena but they had some interesting cams/questions.
Overall experience was good , just some feedback on ticketing platform .
I login to the platform on the 1st day of wtt fans presale but it was very bad experience and the platform not able to make payment after I selected the session, i was kicked out and re queue but the number stopped jumping due to payment problem , I dare not leave the app , was holding my phone ( as I was on holiday ) for 3 hours until system were fixed , also , I notice the ticket purchase on wtt fans presale , the seats wasn’t as good as the ticket purchase on general release . For this I would like to understand how it happens? If we are not being allocate base on 1st come 1st serve basis , what is the fans club for ? I hope this can be address for next year .
So far the experience was good however the seat was blocked by camera even we paid for Cat 1 ticket.
Too expensive for the sheet
It was a good experience no doubt about that. However, it can be made much interesting if the organizers add on advertisement about Singapore in between the games, like what I saw in ATP HK Open, they advertised so much about HK and for someone who is a foreignor, it 's definitely a Great Info to discover the city or places of interests!!
Hi WTT,
I had a great experience at this WTT Smash event, especially since it was my first time attending. However, I do have a few pieces of feedback:
1.There was a restriction on bringing banners, and we were asked to strictly follow the dimensions set by the organizers. I was not allowed to bring a small towel with a player's name on it, yet when I entered the arena, I saw many people carrying large banners. Some even had extremely long banners. Why was I not allowed to bring my item, while others were allowed to bring theirs?
On the second day, I approached security again to clarify if banners were truly not allowed. They confirmed this, so I asked why others were able to bring them in. I showed them photos of the arena, where large banners were clearly visible. The security responded by saying they had no idea how those banners were brought in. Isn't it their responsibility to check items properly? Why was my banner the only one not allowed?
2. In the first few days, the security cannot control the crowd. We provided feedback to the ushers, but they said they couldn't do anything since people were trying to rush to the players’ side. This was very frustrating. However, I see the improvement in the following sessions. Good job to the team for making these adjustments!
3. Only the last few session - usher are checking and warning those people who turn on the flash light. By right should be at 1st session their should do that. Hope can do it better next year.
overall is a good experience. See you Next year!!
WTT pre-tournament information on their website was very confusing especially in regards to the tickets. The Koobit website had different information while the WTT website wasn't clear at all about what tickets were needed since the event was played in two halls. After long discussions things were explained by the organisers. Ticketmaster, the company we had to purchase the tickets from wasn't very helpful with pre-tournament inquiries.
Other experiences are just personal preferences - like the show effects, interviews etc.
For spectators it was not possible to re-enter once inside the event area. Since food and drink offers were quite restricted that was far from ideal. It would have been good to leave the event area for a couple of ours or so and to come back for more exciting matches to watch.
