For sessions on earlier days, there is a 30% discount for children aged 16 and under. The following family groups are also eligible for discounted Category A and A+ tickets during the same period:
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

It is not possible to park at the venue during the event, with the exception of certain hospitality ticket holders that have parking included in their package.
A taxi rank for both drop-off and pick-up is located at Gate 2 of the Qizhong Tennis Center.
During the Shanghai Masters, an official tournament shuttle bus service operates from the South Square of Xinzhuang station (Metro Line 1), via Zhuanqiao station (Metro Line 5), dropping passengers between Gates 1 and 2 at the Qizhong Tennis Center.
In 2023, the timetable for this shuttle bus service was as follows:
Addition services also operated from 21:30 until after the last match, between 4 and 14 October, however instead of dropping passengers back at Xinzhuang station these services terminated at Shanghai Indoor Stadium.
All individual shuttle bus journeys cost CNY ¥2, with the exception of the Shanghai Indoor Stadium services, which cost CNY ¥10. The journey from Xinzhuang station to the Qizhong Tennis Center takes approximately 45 minutes.
