Children aged 2 years old and younger may attend for free without a ticket, but they must sit in an adult's lap and cannot occupy their own seat. Each adult may be accompanied by 1 infant.

Every child under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

Half price concession tickets are available for students. Valid ID must be presented on entry.

Half price concession tickets are available for adults aged 60 years old and above. Proof of age may be required on entry.

Half price concession tickets are available for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair users can purchase tickets for accessibility platforms, where there is also space for companion seating.

A limited number of solidarity tickets are available at a reduced rate. For each of these tickets sold, a donation of R$20 will be made by Formula E to a charitable organisation.
