BUYER BEWARE!!!
Purchased 2 VIP TICKETS for $259.45 each which was supposed to include Cheap Trick shirts, VIP lanyards and other merch for the VIP experience. Unfortunately the VIP merchandise did not arrive for the show. I contacted One More Time VIP to find out where my merchandise was and I was told that I was not guaranteed to receive the VIP merchandise in time for the show and that due to production issues they could not provide me with any date that I would receive it.
What is the point of VIP tickets if they don’t provide you with the items FOR THE SHOW. The point of this purchase was for the “VIP” experience for my husband’s birthday on the day of the show and to celebrate his completion of radiation therapy.
The Cheap Trick concert was definitely not worth the VIP Ticket price of $259.45! The show started at 8:00 and no joke, was over at 9:09 including the one song encore.
I attempted to speak with the concert promoter but he was as difficult to find as getting the VIP merchandise I should have gotten for this concert.
Incredibly disappointed with the whole experience. Ticketmaster never stated that the merchandise would not arrive in time for the event. I wouldn’t have purchased them had I known that. Bad business practices across the board.
Hollywood Vampires optræden levede helt op til mine forventninger. Fed baggrund og brug af lys, lyd og billedmedier.
Men organiseringen og adskillelsen af publikumsgrupper (3 grupper af VIP’s stående forrest i Golden Cirkel samt et stående bagerst i Golden Cirkel et og siddende publikum på siderne ) fungerede overhovedet ikke. Det sidste krævede et positivt mindset, så man kunne nyde selve koncerten.
Publikum var på papiret og prismæssigt opdelt i flere billetkategorier. Jeg havde med stor glæde købt en Whole Lotta Love-billet (den dyreste kategori med First Acces til alt inklusive adgang til de første rækker i Golden Cirkel foran scenen.)
Men da de næste to VIP-grupper var kommet ind bag Whole Lotta Love gik det helt galt. Arrangørerne lod resten af publikum komme ind og ingen eller intet forhindrede den sidste gruppe i at mase sig helt frem mod scenen og gå ind blandt eller op foran VIP-publikummet.
Personligt blev jeg både psykisk og fysisk truet, mast og chikaneret af en mindre gruppe gæster fra den billigste billetkategori og først efter gentagende henvendelser til en securityvagt blev én ud af mange fjernet kortvarigt.
Publikum stod tæt som sild i en tønde/krop til krop fra klokken 19.00 - 22.45, og vi kunne slet ikke bevæge os. Jeg kunne kun løfte en arm ved at ramme sidemanden og vrikke med tæerne i de fire timer jeg stod på min plads. Jeg selv stod, kort efter jeg kom ind, på skrå imellem to andre. Ingen kunne hverken komme hverken frem eller tilbage. Vi havde ikke mulighed for at komme ud på toilet eller for at købe noget at drikke og hvis vi kunne have kommet ud, så kunne vi ikke forvente at kunne komme tilbage til vores plads igen. Det var ganske umuligt! Iltniveauet var i øvrigt også alt for lavt og flere gange frygtede jeg, at jeg skulle besvime pga. luftmangel.
Jeg forventer, at når man køber en kategori 1 billet med VIP-status så skal man kunne gå på toilettet og komme tilbage til sin plads. Man bør kunne nyde sin oplevelse uden at frygte for sit liv og sine lemmer. Det vil sig at man ikke skal opleve sig truet, urimeligt mast, chikaneret eller overfuset.
En koncert skulle gerne være en god oplevelse og en VIP-status med First-Acces bør leve op til den højere standard som man betaler for.
Jeg foreslår, at man adskiller VIP-området med lukkede hegn/låger samt indsætter skarp kontrol imellem billetområderne, så man i praksis kan undgå tumult og kaos med fare for voldelige episoder, kaos og anarki iblandt publikum. Jeg fik flere gange flashback til episoderne ved Roskilde Festivalen år 2020.
Don’t bother, everything about this festival and this venue defies what a festival should be! Book tickets and you will be disappointed as we all were,
Styx was phenomenal. There is just not enough concert time for them to play every song I wanted to hear. Miss America, Man in the Wilderness and Castle Walls were absent but seriously, you’d need a 4 hour concert to satisfy their vast library.
Sorry to say, I was a bit disappointed with Cheap Trick. This was the first time I’ve seen them live and the energy was lacking (my wife commented that the lead singer was sitting down for a stretch!) Also, and maybe intentional, the sound was not as crisp and clean as I would like. They played Dream Police early on and even though we all knew it was the song they were playing, it almost didn’t sound like it. Maybe they had an off night, blame it on the rain, I don’t know. I have to say though, Styx made it worthwhile.

Watched every video on YouTube what a fantastic band hope you have a great time in Scotland Edinburgh tonight sorry I couldn't be there tonight looking forward to many more of your videos.
Underwhelming, too loud to appreciate the songs... some audience left during wets performance.
