Parking at TD Place closes 3 hours before each Redblacks game, so it is not available for fans travelling to the stadium for the game. This measure is in place to encourage other means of transportation and to reduce traffic congestion in the area at busy times.
Several alternative parking options are available nearby:
During Redblacks games, a free Park & Shuttle service is provided. The schedule for these free shuttles can be found online but service typically begins 2 hours before the game. Fans can park for free at City Hall by taking a garage spitter ticket and then presenting it to a TD Place representative for validation. The shuttles for TD Place leave from the south entrance of the City Hall parking garage. After the game, fans can exit the garage using their validated spitter ticket.

Anyone who holds a valid ticket for an event at TD Place is entitled to free public transit service on all OC Transpo routes, starting 3 hours before the event and ending 3 hours after the event. The game ticket can be presented on board instead of a travel ticket.
The closest bus stop to the stadium is Lansdowne TD Place, which is served by routes 6 (Greenboro-Rockcliffe) and 7 (Carleton-St Laurent).
TD Place event ticketholders are entitled to a free ride on the Ottawa LRT system. This can be claimed at the fare gates by clicking the "We're here to help" button to access a video call function with customer service.
The closest LRT stations to the venue are Carling and Carleton, each of which is approximately 2.2 km (26 min) away.
During Redblacks gamedays, TD Place offers a free bike valet service for up to 80 bikes, in addition to the 285 bike rings that are always available for use around Lansdowne Park. The Bike and Park area is located at Gate 4, and cyclists can leave their bikes and helmets safely without needing to provide a lock.
