Real Valladolid Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. – more commonly known as Real Valladolid or simply Valladolid – is a Spanish professional football club based in Valladolid, Spain. The club plays home games at Estadio José Zorrilla.
Founded in June 1928, Valladolid first made a debut in La Liga in the late 1940s and was the first club of its region to do so: it is also the most successful club from the Castile and León region of Spain. Perhaps the highest honour for Valladolid was winning the now-defunct Copa de la Liga in the 1980s, but the club has performed well in the Copa del Rey, UEFA Cup, and UEFA Cup Winners' Cup over the years. The club wears violet and white and goes by the nickname "La Pucela". At the end of the 2022-23 season, the club was relegated to the country's second tier.
