Rachel Chinouriri, an English singer-songwriter. Born in 1998 at Kingston Hospital, she grew up in the Forestdale area of Croydon after her family moved from Zimbabwe. Her traditional African upbringing, combined with an interest in British music, including influences like Daughter and Lily Allen, shaped her musical style. At 17, she started writing and recording music using a basic setup, leading to her eventual signing with Parlophone.
Chinouriri's music primarily spans genres like indie-pop and alternative R&B.
