There are no discounted child tickets at this event, however there is a dedicated "Family Section" within the Tiered Seats, which is well-suited to groups with children. Tickets for this section should be booked by groups which include an under-18 only.

There is a multi-storey car park on-site where spaces can be pre-booked in advance, as well as an adjacent car park 100 m (1 min) walk from the venue, which is not run by the AO Arena. Both car parks have accessible parking spaces, the latter with 33.
There are taxi ranks located next door outside Victoria Station and outside The Printworks, which is a 200 m (2 min) walk from the venue. Taxis can be pre-booked to the Arena.
