Good food selection with tons of different things like nachos and loaded potatoes. We were sat on lower level near the back rows and had a great view. Facilities and arena all very modern and easy to navigate including getting into the arena. Parking not far away and not as expensive as other NHL arenas. Atmosphere good but not as loud as others

Went with my kids to see the Leafs playing the Sabres and it's a great place to watch hockey with friendly staff, good views, good food and drink concessions. Would recommend even as an away fan!

Always have a good time here but the staff can be quite rude so be warned. Contrasting information as if they haven't been briefed the same. And they can be really short with anyone who just needs a bit of help. Games are always fun tho

Sad there were a couple of fans using bad language would not take my kids here. Shame as Buffalo is a good place and the arena is good. Security very strict wouldn't let me take my purse in. View of game very good though and seating is comfy.

Clean venue and staff were constantly emptying bins so none were overflowing which is really appreciated even if some people don't always notice. Restrooms are also really clean and no broken cubicles in the ones I used.

Easy to find seats with good markings and signs but seats are pretty uncomfortable with not too much leg room (though obviously, this is the case at lots of arenas).

The food was super tasty and we had chicken tenders absolutely delicious and nicely cooked and we had fresh popcorn.

The staff all seemed really helpful and nice. We used public transport to get there and it was easy enough

Got tickets to see the hockey at Capital One Arena and was an amazing experience. Seats were a little small for me but I'm not small! We had great views of the game and there's lots of extras like merch and food stations throughout

Love going to a Blues game here and managed to get playoff tickets was so good. Easy to find seat and food options good. Security polite and quick. Better than other arenas ive been to. Fans always make great atmosphere

Great game but beware seats in balcony sections have NO legroom. I'm just under 6 foot and found it really uncomfortable almost impossible. If I went back, I would spend more on a seat somewhere else in the arena

arena is nice and modern but that makes it pricier drinks too expensive. crwd and atmosphere not as good as other hockey venues

Enjoyed the game from a studio suite for the first time and it was a great experience. Had everything we needed. Daniella was our host and she was excellent. Tons of food and comfortable seats. Only thing is the suite could do with some brighter lighting so we could see the food station better, but understand you don't want to distract from the ice!

Saw an Oilers-Flames game here and the rivalry was epic. Arrive as early as possible especially for the Canada versus games to experience the atmosphere and hype pre-game. Food and drink expensive but then where isn't it?

Great game and felt the "cheap seats" we managed to get had a good view and were good value for money. Food was pretty much as you'd expect and about the same price as you'd find elsewhere in Philly. One tip would be to avoid taking a cab as there's not really anywhere to get dropped off and it's pretty expensive!

We had seats in the lower level and had great views of the ice making it easy to watch and follow. We were with our kids who had a fun time watching the game and hearing the crowd. Parking is a pain though and not well organised

LOVE ROGERS ARENA!! try to go catch a game when i can and always looked after well by staff. we get places on the wheelchair platform and there are great views. food is tasty. staff excelent. would recommend to anyone

Really great clean new stadium in such a central location it's so easy to visit. Maybe too easy as I've already been a few times! Really easy to get through security and seats are easy to find. I've sat in different spots each time and have found the views good from all of them so far. Nice atmosphere and vibe from the crowd. So glad to have an NHL franchise on my doorstep now.

Only thing I'd suggest is to bring a coat or jacket when attending a hockey game as it can be a little chilly in the arena.

Awesome night at the hockey! We sat in the lower level in section 103 so were really close to the ice. The arena is great. Entry was quick. Lots of food options. Clean restrooms. We used the subway to get there from the city center which was really easy. Would definitely recommend a night out at WFC

Sadly I think the Shark Tank is getting a little old now and needs some updating. Although the hockey was great fun, there are some serious organisational issues with parking, staff, and procedures. Seats could be replaced with more comfortable ones too

Went to see my first NHL game at PPG and it was really good. The atmosphere in the arena is awesome and feels llike you get great views everywhere. I was sat really close to the ice and it was amazing. hoping to be back sooon

Paid a fair amount for comfortabe seats and glad the Bruins won as it meant I had a great night. Not cheap at all but good fun, food, drink, staff, parking

My first time seeing an NHL game in the States and was so good - would recommend it to anyone even if you're not a sports fan. United Center is a big place with so many options for seating, concessions, parking, etc. I had everything I could dream of! If you're watching hockey here, make sure to leave enough time to find your seat as you won't want to miss the pregame buildup. If you want to buy merch there's the Madhouse store which is a bit crazy and busy but great for supporting the team. Food menus were absolutely amazing with so much choice - even the fries were delicious! The staff were all very very friendly and helpful
