Namibia's national cricket team, nicknamed the Eagles, is the men's team that represents the Namibia in international cricket. The team was organized by Cricket Namibia, an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC), in 1992. Throughout its short existence, the team has climbed the rankings of international cricket. In the 2019 WCL Division Two tournament, Namibia finished runner-up to qualify for ODI status and the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 for 2019–2023. In addition, the team finished fourth at the 2019 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier to qualify for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in 2021. The team defeated the Netherlands and Ireland in the first round to advance to the Super 12 competition.
