1. The entrance method was unnecessary complicated and the staff didn’t speak english at all. They required an original document to scan in order to get in. My passport didn’t go through. They told me to queue up again at a different line, which mean I have to do the waiting again even though I already had the physical ticket. I don’t understand why they completely ignored the tickets and only use the documents, what’s the point of having actual tickets with a qr code then?
2. There were no sign in English at all and the staff weren’t speaking English. Considering this is an international competition with a lot of international fans I find that this is absurd.
3. The speakers in the stadium sucks. I can barely hear what the host was saying.
Ok. but not perfect

It would be great to get a better information about the view from your booked seat.
For example:
Sector PG is close to the court, but because of the low rising of each row the sight(if you have a higher seat number) is quite blocked by the players.
It‘s great for fans, who want to be close to their players, but not if you want to watch the game properly 😊
Such information would be very helpful.

Great atmosphere and fantastic volleyball. We bought the tickets down with the court, but it was annoying that the bench of each teams was standing in the way the whole match, and we bearly coudn’t see the match. I understand that the players needs to stand a place, but i think the host could inform us about is before we bought those tickets.
I am living in my dream to attend the live VNL
I had a terrible experience trying to reclaim my bag since bags were not allowed to be brought in.
I did not understand why we were not allowed re-entry, especially between matches when the waiting time could be up to 2 hours!
Getting a public transport out from the area back to the hotel after the last game was a nightmare!
My the best experience that I've had near to the best players in the world!
My first ever VNL experience was the best thing that ever happened in my life. I finally got to see play live my favorite volleyball teams. I hope to see them next year. 🥹🫶🤞🏻
Everything was perfect. The game the people, players. The only problem was the time. It said that the game will start at 5 pm local time, tho it started at 3 pm. Everything else was excellent.
I appreciated the experience except for the price. I find it too much compared to when it was in Araneta. Like why? How about the kids who cannot afford such price but then is deeply inspired to pursue a career in sports (vball) but then they would watch from afar? Parang langgam lang makikita mo sa gen. ad. :( Quite saddening. I would understand the increase of price but too much naman. :'( After all these evaluations and ratings, hopefully we can get a feedback so we can understand better what happened and how do we go about it po.
We also had out tickets online. Grabe abang namin. Once it was opened sold out kaagad especially the VIPs and closer view boxes? What happened? Bakit pinamimigay sa mga companies? Just sell it as it is please.
need query for food.
no more option for food.
difficult to call grab back to gcb
An amazing time watching the USA men’s team take on France and win in 3 sets. Incredible seats; good value - purchasing the tickets was a breeze. Unfortunately all these positives were offset by the sheer disorganization of the security team who checked the Fan’s into the venue: no rhyme or method to how the lines were formed. People were storming into the security gates haphazardly. There a few fist fights and lots of shoving and yelling. Very very scary. In the end my group of 5 people waited from 7:12pm to 9pm people we got into the stadium. By then the first set was nearly over. I’m really disappointed I did not get the chance to watch the entire match despite showing up and queuing (security initially had people line up but then chaos ensured) over an hour before the start of the event. I really had hoped to watch both teams warm up - the most personal part of every match. -KC
It was great to finally see teams live in action! I do hope in the future that they would allow the players to have more time to meet their fans for pics or autographs since we love them and been wanting to cheer for them all these years.
Also, the merchandise booth can use more merch and not just basic hoodies and shirts.
The venue was nice for viewing. Needed two additional big screens on the ends to give the crowd in the end zones a viewing screen. There needed to be crowd control ropes to handle the people at the entrance, plus more security lines to speed the process. Concessions were very limited.
The VB was great getting through security was a disaster, it took over an hour and we missed half of the first game.
Had an AMAZING time at the VNL this weekend. The venue itself was very nice and felt very comfortable. For events like this try to plan to arrive at least 1hr ahead of time cause the line can get preeety long and you might even miss the first couple points of the game. Luckily we got there way ahead of time so we were able to find our seats and even get some snacks. All together though, it was a 10/10 experience!!
It was an amazing experience as my first sports game I saw irl especially getting autographs from the Argentina players and getting a picture with Christian Fromm but I wish they had a ball pump and more comfortable seats tbh
This tournament was SO MUCH FUN!!! My daughter and I LOVE the USA Men's Team, so we were extremely excited to watch them play! We flew from NY to attend the three matches they played in Anaheim, CA. It was a blast, and we would definitely do it again!
I was excited to take my son to the VNL 2023 event at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was thrilled as this would be our first live Volleyball sporting event. As far as the arena, the teams, fans, and atmosphere it was good experience and fun to watch live. Unfortunately, I can't give this event more than 2 stars because of parking chaos and having to wait in a long line for the event. I'm sure some would say it's not the organization’s fault, but I don't agree. This is not their first event they had opportunities to work with the venue and the city regarding any issues. From the time it took to get parked (being redirected to other lots as each was closed off) and then having to wait in line was almost 2 hours. We missed the entire first set and saw about half of the 2nd set. I don't understand how or why parking was so disorganized and why waiting to enter took so long. We were there early, as recommended, with plenty of time but there was a long wait as they let people into the venue. They’ve been playing matches all week and this was towards the end of the event. I can understand if this was an issue on the 1st or 2nd day, but we attended day 5 and they should have had a good idea of what to expect by then. There are many other local venues that handle greater capacities without the chaotic situations that we encountered. It was disappointing to miss half of the entire match. I can't say we'll attend another event if this is what's expected. After getting over the frustration of waiting, it was a good time and we enjoyed watching, but can't see that we’ll do it again any time soon. It just wasn't worth the time or money to see half a match.
The venue and access to it were great. The games were great and exciting!!
