Los Angeles FC are a football club who play in Major League Soccer's Western Conference.
History
The club was founded in 2014, joining MLS as an expansion team 4 years later. Despite having only played since 2018, the club have already enjoyed some impressive success.
LAFC finished third overall in their first season and won the Supporters' Shield in just their second campaign, while in 2020, they finished runners-up in the CONCACAF Champions League.
The club have quickly established a derby with local rivals LA Galaxy, which both sets of fans affectionately call "El Trafico."
