There are special wheelchair spaces for visitors in wheelchairs on the first level of the hall, behind sections 102-103 (12 places in total).
Special wheelchair tickets are sold for the mentioned wheelchair places (in case of an event with designated seats), which allow a wheelchair visitor to enter the event with an escort who does not need to buy an additional pass. The attendant is assigned a position next to the visitor in a wheelchair.

Parking options can be found conveniently right beside and in front of the Unibet Arena. The parking lots of the adjacent shopping centres can also be utilised. Parking around the Unibet Arena is free, except for the parking lot in front of the building, which is operated by Citypark.
Depending on the nature and scale of the event, the parking lots surrounding the Unibet Arena may sometimes be partially or completely closed to visitors. Please arrive in plenty of time for major events.
Public transport also brings visitors to the Haaberst stop, which is located directly in front of the Unibet Arena. Buses No. 22 (Vabaduse väljak), 42 (Kaubamaja), and 43 (Balti station) run regularly from the city centre to the arena.
