Children aged 2 years old and below may attend for free without a ticket, but they must sit in an adult's lap and cannot occupy their own seat.

Children aged 3 and above require a full ticket.

JMU students who are enrolled in the fall semester and have paid their student fees in full are entitled to attend all home games for free. Tickets must be reserved in advance through the student ticket portal, with reservations open from 2 weeks before the game. Students may also purchase guest tickets while reserving their free ticket. Seniors can purchase discounted tickets directly from the official supplier, subject to availability.

Military and First Responders can purchase discounted tickets directly from the official supplier, subject to availability.

Accessible seating is provided behind the 100 level sections and behind the 300 level sections. Tickets for these areas can be purchased directly from the JMU ticket office. If you require accessible seating on game day but have a ticket for a non-accessible section, visit a Guest Services booth and you may be able to exchange your seat, subject to availability.
