Great experience - at the Beilun Sports Cebter, everything well signed, entry quick and easy. Free water, quite spacious seats even for tall people like me. Great atmosphere, was fun. Only improvement: please let people know what is allowed to bring into the venue, and what not!!!

The Volleyball arena is located nearby to the metro station Asashiobashi. Outside you can eat and drink, is cheaper than inside. Many people wait in long queue's, this is not necessary, just appear if doors open. The Asue arena is huge and you can sit near to the field. I recommend "Arena seat S" non reserved, it's very cheap but a top view. The light is also very good. Food and drinks are just 3 minutes away. You can pay cash or by credit cards. There are enough toilets. The fan zone is in block A. To have a chance you have to leave the game a bit earlier, around 15 points before end. There you have to wait in a queue to get a ticket. They give away only 100 tickets. Once you entered the Fan zone it will take about 1 hour until all stars passed through.

My experience during the matches was excellent.

As a suggestion for improvement, I believe it would be helpful to identify attendees with wristbands or credentials. Since a ticket allows access to all matches on the same day, the time spent at the arena can be quite long. In this context, a wristband would give volleyball fans greater freedom to leave the venue when necessary and return later without any inconvenience.

I believe this measure would contribute to an even more comfortable and enjoyable experience for the public.

1. The entrance method was unnecessary complicated and the staff didn’t speak english at all. They required an original document to scan in order to get in. My passport didn’t go through. They told me to queue up again at a different line, which mean I have to do the waiting again even though I already had the physical ticket. I don’t understand why they completely ignored the tickets and only use the documents, what’s the point of having actual tickets with a qr code then?

2. There were no sign in English at all and the staff weren’t speaking English. Considering this is an international competition with a lot of international fans I find that this is absurd.

3. The speakers in the stadium sucks. I can barely hear what the host was saying.

Ok. but not perfect

It would be great to get a better information about the view from your booked seat.

For example:

Sector PG is close to the court, but because of the low rising of each row the sight(if you have a higher seat number) is quite blocked by the players.

It‘s great for fans, who want to be close to their players, but not if you want to watch the game properly 😊

Such information would be very helpful.

Great atmosphere and fantastic volleyball. We bought the tickets down with the court, but it was annoying that the bench of each teams was standing in the way the whole match, and we bearly coudn’t see the match. I understand that the players needs to stand a place, but i think the host could inform us about is before we bought those tickets.

I am living in my dream to attend the live VNL

I had a terrible experience trying to reclaim my bag since bags were not allowed to be brought in.

I did not understand why we were not allowed re-entry, especially between matches when the waiting time could be up to 2 hours!

Getting a public transport out from the area back to the hotel after the last game was a nightmare!

Fantastic website to help fans to go to the ideal or correct ticket vendor to buy tickets. Supah impressed by this website. Up to date and trustworthy.

Excellent Brand New Venue. They were not well prepared to deal with the fans who bought for the days when there were two game sections.They took everyone outside even on days when it was raining. They didn't care.

My first ever VNL experience was the best thing that ever happened in my life. I finally got to see play live my favorite volleyball teams. I hope to see them next year. 🥹🫶🤞🏻

Everything was perfect. The game the people, players. The only problem was the time. It said that the game will start at 5 pm local time, tho it started at 3 pm. Everything else was excellent.

I appreciated the experience except for the price. I find it too much compared to when it was in Araneta. Like why? How about the kids who cannot afford such price but then is deeply inspired to pursue a career in sports (vball) but then they would watch from afar? Parang langgam lang makikita mo sa gen. ad. :( Quite saddening. I would understand the increase of price but too much naman. :'( After all these evaluations and ratings, hopefully we can get a feedback so we can understand better what happened and how do we go about it po.

We also had out tickets online. Grabe abang namin. Once it was opened sold out kaagad especially the VIPs and closer view boxes? What happened? Bakit pinamimigay sa mga companies? Just sell it as it is please.
