Children measuring 101 cm in height or shorter can attend for free, without a ticket, but they must attend with an adult ticket holder, and may be required to sit on their lap. Children measuring 102 cm in height and taller require a full-price ticket.

There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

All ticket holders are required to present a valid identity card, such as a passport or Residential Identity Card (KTP), upon entry.
