HC Fribourg-Gottéron - sometimes simply known as Fribourg-Gottéron - is a professional ice hockey club based in Fribourg, Switzerland and currently playing in the country's elite ice hockey league, the National League (NL). Founded in 1938 as HC Gottéron, the team originally competed on an outdoor rink until 1982.
