General seating is the default seating category within Grandstand Caliente, the Guadalajara Open Akron's second show court. General tickets provide unreserved, general admission access to the court's stands, with seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All Grandstand Caliente tickets also provide unreserved access to Courts 1, 2, and 3, plus the tournament grounds.
