It was a very enjoyable experience. Water is way overpriced.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Wonderful golf to watch.
Not used to the heat so really appreciated the seating on the hill watching hole 15 and the Area by the 18th green
Great way to see a PGA tour in Asia
The venue itself was beautiful, the course was very well presented.
Having been to many golf tournaments in the UK and Europe, the spectator facilities and transport were sorely lacking at this Open unfortunately.
For example, the pick up point for the shuttle bus to the course was at a junction, which had no specific name, with limited public transport. Within metro stations and bus terminals there was no signage of where to locate connections.
The shuttle buses stopped very early after the 'anticipated' finish of play. Due to this we, and many others, missed the last few groups playing into the 18th, and the playoff to determine the winner, as we had to make our way to the pick up point. If everyone had waited there would have been no busses left to take the volume of spectators back into the city.
At the course the shuttle drop off point had no facilities, I.e. toilets nor refreshments available (with security removing water etc from spectators). With an uphill 15/20 minute walk to the nearest refreshment area, this is not good.
On course toilet facilities were almost non existent, only 2 locations away from the central village.
There was only one gantry/seating area away from the village, not great for those with disabilities.
At the main village none of the bars next to the viewing screens sold soft drinks, only beer. To purchase soft drinks spectators were required to visit the, small, food area and queue with those ordering food. When soft drinks were purchased the cans had to be opened and poured into plastic cups (zero sustainability there), limiting how many one person could purchase at a time. One wait for refreshments was 45 minutes.
Finally, there was a lack of awareness among many of the stewards as to what their roles were - allowing people to walk in and out of the noisy gantries whilst players were putting, and not ensuring silence at these times.
Despite these frustrations, the tournament was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and very helpful, and we watched some spectacular golf in a beautiful setting.
The course and staff were amazing. The selection of merchandise was a bit lacking compared to normal pga tour events.

I have attended the Dunhill Links many times and always found it extremely well managed, fantastic value and opportunity to watch great golf at close quarters
Love the Alfred Dunhill links golf
I attended the final day Sunday. Nothing to complain but only praising. Kudos and 5 stars rating to the organizer, golf club , volunteers and securities. Shall return if I have the opportunities.

Watched Golf Channel Coverage
A very enjoyable event despite the weather disruption.
Great days entertainment.
Exceptionally well organised. Attention to detail & the attentiveness of the staff…. Grounds were immaculate & the ambiance exciting. Very much enjoyed the overall experience & the prefab on the 18th an excellent addition & idea. See you next time.

Great time . Disappointed more big names were absent
The golf course was fantastic. It was easy to get holes and directions giving were easy to follow. The staff were very helpful and gave good information about what was happening on the day. Parking was handy to get to. Watching the golfers was brilliant and how close you could get to them. Overall it is my best experience since i started coming 4 years go.
Malgré la météo problématique du jeudi, l'édition s'est bien déroulée. Le site internet aurait pu être actualisé en temps réel !
Had great time, parked right across from gate, Zehnder's free food was wonderful. Golf was good, weather was excellent. Course looked good, GOOD TIME!!!
My lil boy & myself absolutely 💯 loved it.
The atmosphere, friendliness of staff, stewards, spectators & players on the Wednesday was fantastic…

Very fine experience. Toilet facilities was fine.
2 things to improve:
- on the first 9 holes there could have been more cross-overs.
- On Saturday and Sunday it was not possible to buy sandwich and wraps on the course - only in the village.
Enjoyable experience, easy to get to see player's shots from around the course. Catering limited with minimal indoor seating. I tried to book hospitality but there was No availability or in fact non availability showing anywhere.?
