Great event, superb course, well organised. Wonderful value for money

Great well organised event

Great venue. Well organized.

One disappointment was some of the ignorant remote TV camera personnel.

We waited for quite sometime, in a good viewing point for certain groups coming through, then the cameraman stands directly in front. No apologies whatsoever. Ignorance at it’s highest.

Buying tickets was easy but unfortunately ended up being a bit stressful. Got a few emails near the event stating if bought a few tickets they MUST be transferred to each ticket holder on their mobile phone. As this wasn't possible for 2 of my ticket holders so ended up emailing the team to query this. They did reply quickly stating ticket can be presented in any format/device as long as qr code showing. Do not think the above emails were necessary and making people feel anxious, therefore spoiling their experience. Makes me think twice before purchasing them again.

More hot drink stalls needed when have bad weather as resulted in over 30 min queue.

Would be good to have a shuttle from main carpark to entrance for people who are unable to walk far and do not have a mobility badge, especially when have ordered a mobility bike.

Great line up of golfing stars.

Excellent value, no car park fee a plus, 6 year’s in a row now whereas, think this will be last time I’m going to British Open as getting to busy and expensive

Haben den Samstag als Besuchertag bevorzugt, Spieler waren gut zu beobachten.

Parksituation war gut . Alle Volontäre sehr freundlich. Verpflegung schon recht teuer , - wünschenswert wäre ein Angebot mit weniger Fast Food. Nächstes Mal bringen wir eben mehr Selbstverpflegung mit. Dieses Jahr waren auch weniger namhafte Golfer da. Aber alles in allem war es ein super Tag . Wir kommen wieder !

Leaderbord an der 18 fehlte, das (viel zu kleine) nur für die VIP's ist nicht ok

Security hat am Eingang die Taschen nicht kontrolliert (jemand in Trachten/Lederhose hatte sogar sein Fahrtenmesser dabei)

die Namen der Spieler auf den Leibchen der CADDYS warn unglücklich angebracht/nicht lesbar, wenn sie die Tasche trugen

Preise für Speis und Trank recht hoch

Beschilderung der Bahnen fehlten gänzlich

It was great

2nd day, few visitors, free access everywhere. Great atmosphere! Some excellent golf, some hopeless situations. Alltogether an excellent day.

Wish there was another ticket level between grounds and hospitality. We had clubhouse one year and really enjoyed it. There were so many individual hospitality tents that they blocked most of the view on some holes.

The trailer port-a -potty’s were nice, but could use more throughout the course since the use of the regular bathrooms were taken away for player family oasis.

Tournament itself was fabulous. The parking and shuttles were difficult. The lack of any bathrooms for spectators was horrendous. Their was limited food purchase by 1 food truck.

Good time was had at a beautiful course. Food was a bit expensive as were the beers but the fan experience was great.

Unmissable event! This is an incredibly rare and privileged opportunity to watch the best golfers in the world in a remarkable setting with great access to the players, especially in the first 2 days. Congrats to LPGA, HSBC, the Tanjong Course and the players and volunteers!

I watched the tournament over all four days. New viewing stands had been installed, making it easier to see than last year. The venue staff were all kind and polite. There was ample parking space, which was convenient. And best of all, I was able to see the LPGA players' amazing shots right in front of me. It was a fantastic tournament.
