As there is limited parking available close to the stadium, it is recommended that spectators use public transport to arrive. With a game ticket, spectators can freely use public transport in the MDV area 4 hours before and after the game.

There is no designated guest parking space available. In addition, the parking facilities in the vicinity of the stadium are very limited.
It is recommended that you drive to the signposted “Leipziger Messe”, “Schönauer Ring”, “Plovdiver Straße”, “Völkerschlachtdenkmal”, and “Lausen” park-and-ride car parks in the city area and use public transport to get to the stadium.
There are free, barrier-free parking spaces in front of the stadium, but these are occupied early. Access is via Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse and Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse. A blue disabled parking permit is required for the spaces in front of the stadium. From the car park on the stadium forecourt, it is only 50 metres to the stadium. On the left is the exclusive entrance (HG Süd) for fans with disabilities. The way there is barrier-free. At the entrance, the fans are welcomed by volunteers from the FREUNDE program and taken to their seats.
Bus is a popular way to reach the stadium due to its connections with multiple public routes:
Leipzig Hauptbahnhof is the city's main train station offering connections across the country and beyond. It is a 2.4 km (29 min) walk from the stadium.
The train station and central Leipzig can be reached via the tram network. Tram lines 1, 2, 3, 4 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, and N10 stop at Sportforum Süd which is a 750 m (9 min) walk from the stadium.
There is a bicycle garage on the fairground where you can park your bike.

Please note that spectators are not permitted to bring their own food and drink into the stadium. An exception to this is taking non-alcoholic, originally sealed drinks with you as a "tetra pack" for a small child (0-6 years) of 330ml.

There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the stadium.
There are 2 barrier-free toilets in the upper tier of Sektor A to the right of the stadium entrance and a number of barrier-free toilets in the lower tier of Sektor B and Sektor C.
There is a free Bundesliga travel guide app aimed at football fans with and without disabilities. Among other things, it offers an audio service for visually impaired and blind fans and information in plain language. This is a simplified variant of the standard German language - with the aim of giving as many people as possible access to information. In addition, you can select your individual support needs in the app and based on this you will receive all the information relevant to you - for example, where the barrier-free entrances or toilets are located in the respective stadium. Red Bull Arena is a 2.0 km (24 min) walk from central Leipzig. There is also plenty to see and do in the vicinity of the stadium including walking through the numerous parks in the area.
