Due to its location within the city of Berlin, the Uber Arena is easily accessed by several modes of transport. Although driving to the venue is straightforward, visitors are recommended to utilise public transport such as bus, park & ride, train, or even cycle to the venue.

If you are driving, simply follow the signs towards "Friedrichshain" and "Mercedes/Uber Platz" in the city. Remember it's good to allow extra time when arriving by car in order to avoid traffic.
Parking spaces at the arena are very limited, but there are spaces in the following car parks:
Disabled access parking is available at both car parks and at the car park of the “East Side Mall” (access via Tamara-Danz-Strasse). Wheelchair users entering the venue from the car parks are encouraged to use Entrance 9.

Train is a popular way to reach the Uber Arena because of its connections with multiple routes:
On weekdays, the last U-Bahn departs at approx. 00:30, the last S-Bahn at approx. 01:30. After that, night buses are in service. On weekends, U-Bahn and S-Bahn run all night.

Visitors to the Mercedes-Benz Arena cannot bring in food and drink from outside, with the exception of those who require specific foods for medical or dietary reasons. Such reasons must be validated by a doctor's note or similar documentation. Baby food is also allowed to be brought in on behalf of children.
Bottles, cans, and hard plastic canisters are not allowed to be brought into the venue. Glass of any kind is also prohibited.
There is food and drink available to buy inside the venue, across 22 concessions. The available foods include burgers, hot dogs, pretzels, and chips; drinks include alcohol, and hot and cold soft beverages.
The Arena doors usually open 2 hours before events begin, unless stated otherwise on your ticket. Please allow ample time to undergo security checks, upon arrival.
There are multiple toilet facilities throughout the venue. All seating sections and entrances are situated within easy access of at least 1 facility.
Cycling to the Uber Arena is a great idea. There are numerous cycle racks right next to the arena on Hedwig-Wachenheim-Straße. Using the cycle route from Mühlenstraße is recommended. Getting there via Warschauer Brücke is also possible, but please be aware that access is via stairs.
Uber Arena has a capacity of approximately 17,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
