Children aged 15 and under are entitled to complimentary Grounds tickets when accompanied by a ticketed adult. The tickets can be picked up at the tournament's main entrance, where discounted Clubhouse tickets will also be available for purchase.
A full-price ticket will be required to access hospitality such as The Backlot, The Bluffs, and Greenside at 17, however.
College students are entitled to a 25% discount on Grounds tickets. These tickets can be purchased online in advance after a verification process.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
All active, retired, reserve, and National Guard military members are eligible to receive complimentary grounds tickets, while all military veterans are eligible to receive 50% off regularly priced grounds tickets. Both the complimentary Military tickets and discounted Veterans tickets are available at the tournament's main entrance upon verification.
There are no discounted tickets for disabled visitors and so a full-priced ticket must be purchased.
Educators and first responders are entitled to a 25% discount on Grounds tickets. These tickets can be purchased online in advance after a verification process. First responders may also purchase a discounted ticket for 1 dependent.

Public and ADA tournament parking is located in Santa Monica’s downtown parking structures S1-S8 (except S3). These parking structures are open 24 hours a day, and regular parking rates and rules will apply. Tournament parking ambassadors will be on hand in these lots to help guests with any queries, and guests will be directed to the tournament shuttle pick-up/drop-off location once they've parked.
Complimentary tournament shuttles will run Thursday-Sunday of tournament week, transporting spectators in a 4-mile journey from downtown Santa Monica to Riviera Country Club. The shuttle pick-up and drop-off location is located on Wilshire Boulevard between 2nd St. and 3rd St; all of them are wheelchair accessible. The shuttle will drop guests at the tournament’s main entrance on Longworth Drive. While a tournament ticket is not required to ride the shuttle, you will need to purchase one online via a mobile device prior to entering the venue.

There is no public parking at or on the surrounding streets of Riviera Country Club. All surrounding streets have parking restrictions from 08:00-16:00 on Wednesday-Sunday during the tournament.

There is a designated taxi and rideshare drop-off and pick-up location in use at this tournament, which can be found at Paul Revere Charter Middle School (1450 Allenford Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90049), approximately a 500 m (6 min) walk from the venue.
Riviera Country Club can also be reached via public bus route 602. Get off at Paul Revere Junior High/Middle School stop, which is a 500 m (6 min) walk from the main entrance on Longworth Drive. If you're using the Capri entrance (which requires Clubhouse credentials), get off at Sunset/Capri, which is a 200 m (2 min) walk.
Alternatively, take route 14 and get off at 26th SB & La Mesa NS stop, which is 1.1 km (13 min) from the main entrance. If you're prepared for a longer walk, take the 43 to San Vicente WB & 23rd NS stop, which is 1.8 km (22 min). Guests who ride the Metro Expo Line should exit at the Downtown Santa Monica station, which is a 1.1 km (13 min) walk to the tournament shuttle pick-up and drop-off location on Wilshire Boulevard between 2nd St. and 3rd St.
Guests arriving by bicycle can lock up their bikes at Lot 4 of Paul Revere Charter Middle School (1450 Allenford Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90049), a 500 m (6 min) walk from the main entrance on Longworth Drive.
Riviera Country Club is approximately a 6.0 km (72 min) walk from downtown Santa Monica, so that may not be practical. However, if you're staying in the north of the city you may find it viable to arrive on foot.
