The UEC Cyclo-Cross European Championships - sometimes referred to simply as EuroCross - are the European championships in cyclo-cross organised by the sport's continental governing body, the Union Européenne de Cyclisme (UEC).
The event has been held since November 2003 and always takes place near the start of the year's cyclo-cross season which generally runs across the winter months. The championships were originally held for under-23 men and juniors and elite women. There is now an elite men's competition, a women's under-23, and also a women's juniors competition so there is plenty of action throughout the whole event. The cyclists follow a gruelling route with obstacles where they can choose whether to dismount and carry their bike or to push on with riding.
