To access the car parks, enter the arena complex via Lille Tornbjerg Vej, which can be accessed off either Ørbækvej or Niels Bohrs Alle. The arena is also signposted after the Motorvejskryds Odense exit of the E20 motorway.
Disabled-accessible parking spaces can be found in Car Park D, which is located less than 100 m from the arena's west entrance. The ground between Car Park D and the west entrance is level.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to travel to the Jyske Bank Arena by taxi, from central Odense. Taxis can drop-off and pick-up within the arena car parks, or on wider or less busy stretches of Lille Tornbjerg Vej.

Train
Odense station, also referred to as Odense Banegård Center, is the city's main rail hub, and is located in the city centre, an approximately 15-minute taxi ride or 30-minute bus journey (via bus route 161) from the Jyske Bank Arena. Travellers can also take the Odense light rail service (comprised of a single line, L) to the venue, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes.

The closest light rail stop to the Jyske Bank Arena is Bilka, which is located a 1.3 km (16 min) walk from the venue. The station is served by the city's only light rail line, L, which provides regular journeys to central Odense, via Odense station (Odense Banegård Center).
