The administration was sometimes a little confusing / lacking, but overall a great event, amazing racing!

Things that we thought could be improved in terms of administration:

* Provide clear instructions on how to use e-tickets to obtain lift passes: Where to do this etc.

* Provide clear information regarding which lifts need to be used to get to each race (DH, CXO etc).

* Provide clear information regarding which tickets provide access to which lifts.

* Provide clear information about post-race bus services to provide return access to the Gondola.

* Provide some additional shelters in the event of bad weather.

Amazing experience

Cannot fault the track or how the racing was organised and ran. The commentators were great. However, a lack of healthier food venues and the lack of shade, a smaller screen for viewing from the food venue would have been nice. The plastic under foot in the riders pit area that became very slippery in the rain our rider said, let the venue and event down. Other than that fantastic event.

Excellent atmosphere, great view of the action and a good mixed programme. It was a welcome move to have para and able-bodied events in the same programme. Toilet and catering facilities were good.

It is unfortunate that there are no beverage and dining facilities on site. Also, the live streaming is only from a certain hour, which means that supporters staying at home cannot always see their cyclist perform.

within the fence of the track everything perfect! outside of the pre-start grids really not a decent situation. The campers 2.3 km of uphill road to get to the track, not even a simple cover, at least umbrellas, to be able to eat the food offered and sold by the organization, the car parks far away and always full..... ....approving an international competition does not only mean collecting registrations, selling entrance tickets and therefore cashing in a lot of money, leaving the spectators and the athletes themselves in disarray. Absolutely negative review.....

Great day. Exciting. One wee thing tho. There were no toilets in the town. I go there often and there is one public WC behind the tourist info but it was locked that day! Why? There were signs saying ‘WC’ but when you followed them there were none or I couldn’t find any. I eventually just entered a Gymnase school building to try to find a toilet. There was one there with a massive queue. Apart from that tho an excellent day. Caravan r was fun

As a sport event it deserves a 10 star, but as you are ask about the whole event, I regret the fact that the amenities for food was a bit on the shorthand considering the amount of people that attended the event, and as a result the queues and waiting time where long.

Our first time to Jakarta & the International Velodrome. The nearby accommodation was good, (we stayed at Feiris Hotel) and it was walking distance to the Velodrome. The track facilities were good. The tickets were very well priced & our overall experience was good.

De organisatie was nieuw. Voor mensen die al 20jaar nr daar komen was het een ramp.

De inkom aan de hoofdingang trok op niks. Mensen op elkaar gepropt. Straat afsluiten en 10rijen maken met scanners. Om aan je drank te geraken rampzalig. Vroeger meer kraampjes en sneller. De feesttent ook veel te klein. Die was vroeger 3x zo groot.

De VIP de hadden plaats over. Was weer niet goed verdeeld.

Organisatie een flop. Gelukkig nog een mooie cross gezien.

I've already given a review about how good the event was - it was superb. But I have to add a few points which could be improved upon. Firstly, even the Tourist Office did not know the event was taking place! But when I told them where it was, they advised the correct bus to take. Could booked transport to the event, from Dublin, be considered? Secondly, there were no souvenir stands, which was disappointing. Thirdly, there should have been four or five catering stands, not just one, which led to long queues. But I'd come again without doubt!

When we arrived at the Sport Ireland Campus, I was impressed with the whole operation. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The actual events were smoothly run and the competitors were the best in the world. My wife and I travelled from Worcester to see this event and we were not disappointed. If the event is organised again, we will definitely come.

I'm been to a number of UCI events and for Dublin:

- Needed more food outlets as queues were horrific

- Beer license approved in advance to have full event experience similar to Holland/Belgium events

- Would have been good to have an exhibition area for sponsors/demonstrations

- An detailed electronic map of the circuit to help spectators pick the best spots on the circuit
