Coventry Blaze

Coventry Blaze are an ice hockey team based in Coventry, England. They currently compete in the UK's top ice hockey league, the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). They play their home games at the Coventry Skydome. The club was founded in 1965 as the Solihull Barons and was renamed the Solihull Blaze in 1996. In 2000, the club relocated to their current home in Coventry and became Coventry Blaze. Blaze have won 4 Elite Ice Hockey League Championships since the formation of the league in 2003. Scorch the dragon is the official Coventry Blaze mascot.
