The Bears are the football team of the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) in Conway, Arkansas. They compete in the Football Championship Subdivision of the NCAA and play in the ASUN Conference.
UCA claims 27 conference titles, including 22 from the school's long period in the Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference. In 1993, the Bears moved up to the NCAA Division II and joined the Gulf South Conference. In 2007, the program moved up again, joining the Southland Conference in NCAA Division I-AA, where UCA remained until 2021.
The Bears are now a member of the new ASUN Conference, which covers mostly the US southeast.
UCA play their home games at Estes Stadium, which has a capacity of 12,000.
