Mosaic Stadium is located in Regina, in the province of Saskatchewan. Parking is available onsite and passes can be purchased in advance, but fans can also use free shuttle buses to reach the venue from elsewhere in Regina.

Parking passes are available to purchase in advance for Roughriders games. These cost CAD $30 each and can be bought online or by calling 1-888-474-3377 option 3. All passes must be collected in person from the Rider Ticket Office – there is no option to print passes at home or to show them on a mobile device.
These parking passes grant access to the REAL District Lot, located 550 m (7 min) from Mosaic Stadium.
Street parking may also be available close to the stadium, but all noted parking restrictions apply.
Taxis and rideshare services can drop off passengers north of the stadium at the corner of Princess and McTavish.
Free shuttle buses are provided for all Roughriders games and other major events at Mosaic Stadium. Starting from 2 hours and 45 minutes before kickoff, Rider Transit services run continuously back and forth between the venue and the following locations:
The last buses to the stadium leave 30 minutes before kickoff. At the start of the 4th quarter, buses will return to their original pick-up locations and will continue to run back and forth until 1 hour after the end of the game.
The closest passenger train station to Regina is located in Melville, approximately 150 km or a 1.5 hour drive from Mosaic Stadium. Melville Station is on the Canadien route from Vancouver to Toronto.

Mosaic Stadium has a capacity of approximately 40,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.

A bike valet service is offered at Mosaic Stadium during all Roughrider home games. Cyclists can bring their bikes to the valet location at the south end of Confederation Park, where they will receive a ticket from an attendant.
For every Saskatchewan Roughrider home game, guests can drive their non-motorized bikes to the stadium and park them at the south end of Confederation Park. For the duration of the game, attendants will monitor the bikes free of charge.
