The foyers on Levels 0, 1, and 3 often house refreshment stands on event days, with both food and drink available to purchase. There is also a restaurant located on Level 2, however this is usually reserved for VIP ticket holders, on event days.

Disabled visitors should use the entrance off Asen Yordanov Boulevard, where there is a wheelchair-accessible ramp. Inside the venue there are 2 elevators, which can be used to move between Levels 0, 1, and 3.
