Borussia Verein für Leibesübungen 1900 e. V. Mönchengladbach - more commonly shortened to Borussia Mönchengladbach, Mönchengladbach, or even simply Gladbach - is a German professional football club based in Mönchengladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia and currently playing in the country's top tier Bundesliga. The club plays home games at Borussia-Park.
Founded in 1900 as FK Borussia 1900, the club reached the Bundesliga in the mid-1960s and saw a great deal of success in the 1970s and into the 80s. Throughout its history, Gladbach has won several UEFA Europa League titles, league titles, and DFB-Pokals.
