Birmingham Phoenix Men are an English 100-ball cricket team that compete in The Hundred. The team play their home games at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.

Established in 2019, Birmingham Phoenix Men represent the historic cricketing counties of Warwickshire and Worcestershire in England's 100-ball cricket tournament The Hundred.
In the inaugural Hundred tournament in 2021, Birmingham Phoenix Men finished top of the league, only to lose to Southern Brave in The Hundred Final. The team finished fourth in 2022, just missing out on the playoffs.
In early 2023, England all-rounder Moeen Ali was named as captain of Birmingham Phoenix Men for the 2023 edition of The Hundred.
