Due to its location within Antwerp, the arena is easily reached by various modes of transport. Although there are great road links and parking available nearby, the arena highlights that the city is a low emission zone and encourages visitors to try not to travel by car. There are public transport links via rail, tram, and bus, as well as the option to walk or cycle to the arena.

Most of the centre of Antwerp is a low emission zone meaning that polluting cars are not allowed to enter. Although the arena is outwith this zone, some of the nearby car parks are not. Please note that not all car parks are always open. To find out which car park is available on the day of the event, check the details page 1-2 days before the event. There are a few spots for reserved wheelchair users and their companions. These customers are also entitled to reserved parking spots available up until 30 minutes before the start of an event. These spots are located on the private parking Vaart (10 euros). Strict control is maintained on these reserved spots so please keep your EU parking card, ID, and entrance ticket ready to show to the parking attendants.
Avoid the busy area of AFAS Dome, park your car at a P+R (Park & Ride) station, and travel by public transport. Your admission ticket to the event also serves as a ticket for De Lijn travel. The nearest P+R stations are:
As one of Belgium’s major cities, expect Antwerp’s accommodation to be relatively expensive overall, but you will find a good number of well-appointed hostels if you are on a budget.
On the ground floor of AFAS Dome you will find the food court Eat & Greet where you can get drinks, Belgian fries and other fried snacks.
Order your snacks and drinks at the food and drink stands in the foyers on the ground floor, first, and second floor. There are also vending machines as well as roving vendors selling drinks and ice cream.
For those looking for something a bit more formal, some restaurants in the Lange Lobroekstraat offer a shuttle service to the arena and back.
To reach the main entrance of AFAS Dome, follow the indicated route starting at the left of the Lotto Arena. The box office is located inside the arena, on the far right side.
The doors usually open 90 mins before the start of the event.
Do not bring any luggage, (large) handbags or (back) bags and respond correctly to any requests from security. Bags may not be larger than 21 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm (A4 format).
Toilet facilities are conveniently located throughout the arena.
If you are arriving by taxi, there is a drop-off point at the entrance of the AFAS Dome. If you are leaving by taxi, you can go to the taxi port in the Van der Delfstraat, the street opposite the entrance of the arena.
Billo cooperates with AFAS Dome on a number of events. Share a minibus with other fans and pay only part of the fare. After the event, your Billo will be ready at the exit to take you home.
AFAS Dome can be reached on public bus route 19. Get off at Deurne Sportpaleis stop, which is 260 m (3 min) walk to the arena
Antwerpen-Centraal station is the main station in Antwerp providing connections with numerous destinations throughout Belgium and beyond. You can easily take the tram or metro to AFAS Dome. Your event ticket is also valid as a ticket for De Lijn.
Please keep in mind that there are often no train rides after evening events. Check in advance with the SNCB route planner whether a smooth return journey is possible.

AFAS Dome is about a 3.0 km (36 min) walk from the centre of Antwerp. The city is beautifully historic and has much to offer visitors of all interests!
