Entry to Epsom Downs is free for children under the age of 18, but they will still need to have a ticket booked so that the racecourse can keep track of attendance numbers.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

Disabled viewing areas are located along the front of the grandstand.

There is plenty of available on-site car parking for all events held at Epsom Downs Racecourse. On racedays, car parking is available at a number of on-site car parks. Car parks are signposted with prices and can be paid on the day.
For electric car users, there are 2 fast charge Polar points located in the main car park (not available on racedays).
Parking for guests with disabilities can be found in Car Park 20 close to the entrance to the racecourse. Please show your blue badge to the parking stewards and you will be directed to the correct area. On racedays, car parks are located on grass; you will be directed to suitable parking bays.
Metrobus operates a service running from Epsom Town Centre to Tattenham Corner Station in just 3 stops:
On racedays, there is normally a shuttle bus that runs from Epsom Station directly to the racecourse and another which runs from Morden Underground Station (Northern Line) to the racecourse. For more information, visit www.goaheadlondon.com.
Epsom Downs Racecourse can be reached via several railway stations served by South Western Railway and Southern Railway.

The nearest bike racks and storage areas are at Epsom Downs Station and in the centre of Epsom.
Epsom offers a selection of shops and eateries and is a 2.7 km (32 min) walk from the racecourse. Although it is smaller, Tattenham Corner is closer (a 1.1 km (13 min) walk from the racecourse) and, like Epsom, offers some pubs and eateries as well as access to trainlines into more populous areas offering more choice.
Accommodation in London can be on the pricey side. However, this huge city has plenty of options available from hostels to luxury hotels and, combined with its sprawling transport network, there are places to stay for all budgets and tastes.
Epsom is about 25 km from the centre of London and has great travel connections into the city, so racegoers can benefit from the broad range of accommodation options in the capital while being able to easily access the racecourse. For those wanting to stay closer to the venue, Epsom and the surrounding areas offer great accommodation options, but please bear in mind that these will book up quickly during the larger fixtures.
