The NBA All-Star Weekend is a beloved event every season. Each February, 24 of the NBA’s top stars take a break from hostilities to join forces in a thrilling exhibition. The players aren’t the only ones to set their rivalries aside, with the event uniting fans from across the league via their love of all things NBA.
What’s more, this weekend-long celebration of the National Basketball Association features a host of other entertainment, from the Celebrity and Rising Stars Games to the All-Star Saturday Night, where players will be facing off in a range of competitions including the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, and Slam Dunk Contest. There’s also the NBA Crossover convention, where NBA fans will get the chance to meet their heroes and participate in immersive experiences. Quite simply, the weekend boils down to one thing – fun – so it’s perfect to attend whether you’re a hardcore NBA obsessive or just a casual basketball fan.
In 2023, the key events at All-Star Weekend will be split between Vivint Arena – home of the NBA’s own Utah Jazz – and the Jon M Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City. The NBA Rising Stars, the All-Star Saturday Night, and the main event itself, the All-Star Game, all take place at the former, while the All-Star Celebrity Game, All-Star Practice & Media Day, HBCU Classic, and G League Next Up Game all take place at the latter. As for NBA Crossover, that will be held at Salt Palace Convention Center.
Tickets to NBA Crossover start at USD $43 for adults, while at the Jon M Huntsman Center tickets start at $14 for the HBCU Classic. The G League Next Up Game, All-Star Practice, and All-Star Celebrity Game start at $19, $58, and $41 respectively. At Vivint Arena, tickets start at $47 for the Rising Stars Game, while resale is available for the All-Star Saturday Night (starting at $838) and All-Star Game (starting at $1,118).
