The Cinch Championships and Rothesay International Eastbourne (Eastbourne International) are not only warm-up events for Wimbledon, but vibrant, competitive tournaments in their own right. Now tickets are on sale for these staples of the British sporting summer, tennis fans can start looking forward to plenty of Pimm’s, or a bowl of strawberries and cream!
The Cinch Championships - which will this year take place between 13-19 June - is hosted at the illustrious Queen’s Club in London, home to one of the country’s most recognisable tennis courts. This ATP 500 event was first staged in 1881, and moved to the Queen’s Club in 1980. Past champions include Rod Laver, Jimmy Connors, John McEnroe, Rafael Nadal, and Andy Murray, who has won under the famous clubhouse pavilion on a record 5 occasions.
Tickets for the renowned Centre Court are available to purchase as day tickets, in either the Standard or Premium categories. Standard tickets are cheaper, but Premium tickets provide closer proximity to the court. Prices start at £50 per person in Standard seating, and £127 in Premium seating. Grounds Admission tickets are also available, granting holders access to the outer courts and tournament grounds. Prices start at just £10 per person, and tickets are valid for an entire day’s play.
If you’re after something more premium – or perhaps you’ve always wanted to take in the action from the lavish clubhouse pavilion - ticket-inclusive hospitality packages might be for you. A great selection of wining and dining options are included across the packages, and you can choose from shared lounges and gardens, or more private rooms and restaurants.

The Eastbourne International, meanwhile, is just as exciting a tournament, with a highly competitive men’s and women’s field guaranteed every year. This joint WTA 500 and ATP 250 event has been played since 1974; it began as a women’s-only tournament, with American great Chris Evert winning the inaugural title – her first of 3 - before a men’s draw was added in 2009. Recent winners of the men’s singles trophy include Andy Roddick and Novak Djokovic.
This year’s Eastbourne International will be held between 17-25 June, at its usual home at Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club. Day tickets are available across the 3 main show courts – Centre Court, Court 1, and Court 2 – with Grounds Admission tickets also on offer all tournament long. Prices on Centre Court start at £42 for an adult, in Category 3 seating, whilst Court 1 tickets are available for £36, and Court 2 seats can be snapped-up for just £26. Grounds Admission tickets start at £5 for adults. Discounts are available across all ticket categories for children aged 5-16, and there are also select reductions available for school pupils, teachers, and groups.
