The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is a key early fixture on the PGA Tour schedule, and it returns from 30 January to 2 February 2025. With an enlarged field comprised of both PGA Tour professionals and top-class amateurs, the event is split between 2 courses, Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course.
It was founded in 1937, known then as the Bing Crosby Pro-Am, and for much of its history it was renowned for attracting keen celebrity amateurs to compete. NFL stars such as Peyton Manning and Tom Brady, boxing legend Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, and Hollywood actors Bill Murray and Don Cheadle are just a handful of the huge names to have taken part in recent years.
Now one of the PGA Tour’s 8 “signature events” boasting significantly increased prize money, the event began forgoing the celebrity participants in 2024 in favour of more elite amateur competitors, with the field now comprised of 80 pros and 80 amateurs apiece. The 160-man field is spread across the 2 courses during the first 2 rounds, before the pros continue their individual competition over the final 2 rounds at Pebble Beach only.
US Open winner Wyndham Clark is the defending champion. He won the 2024 edition by a single stroke ahead of Ludvig Aberg after carding a course-record round of 12-under par 60, in which he racked up an incredible 9 birdies and 2 eagles.
General admission grounds access starts at USD $90 for adults for the 2025 edition, while children aged 15 and under get in for free. For more information on tickets for the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, click here.
