The Razorbacks are the football team of the University of Arkansas. They compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision of the NCAA and play in the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
Arkansas claims one national title from 1964 and 3 conference titles. The program was a member of the Southwest Conference between 1915 and 1991, but since 1992 the Razorbacks have been part of the SEC.
The head coach at Arkansas is Sam Pittman, who joined the Razorbacks in 2019 after serving as assistant head coach at the University of Georgia. In his second season in charge, Arkansas won all 3 of their trophy rivalry games in the same year for the first time ever, defeating Texas A&M, LSU, and Missouri. Following this season, in 2022 the Razorbacks participated in their first postseason bowl game in 5 years, the Outback Bowl, where they beat the Penn State Nittany Lions 24-10.
The Razorbacks count Ole Miss, LSU, and Mizzou among their fiercest rivals.
