The Aerobic, Arobatic & Rhythmic Gymnastics British Championships are competitions in the gymnastic discipline between athletes from Britain. Although there are development programs aimed at adapting rhythmic gymnastics for men, it is a women’s event.
Gymnasts can compete using different apparatus such as rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, and in an all-round category. The sport combines breathtaking agility with elements of dance, coordination, and strength. The Championships also have age group divisions with Seniors and Juniors.
