The Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship is a professional men's golf tournament, part of the DP World Tour. It was established in 2006 and is now 1 of several DP World Tour events on the Arabian Peninsula.
It is part of the Rolex Series, meaning it offers substantially more prize money than regular DP World Tour events. Since 2024, it has been the penultimate event of the season and part of the DP World Tour play-offs; it will feature a strong, exclusive field comprised of the top 70 players in the Race to Dubai standings, giving spectators a chance to see more of the world’s biggest players in action.
The event has seen some thrilling play over the years; 4 holes-in-one were scored in the 2015 edition, while in 2016 Rickie Fowler won a remarkable battle with the likes of Rory McIlroy and Henrik Stenson.

Yas Links is located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, approximately 33 km from the city centre and 10 km from Abu Dhabi International Airport. It is easily accessible by car with free and VIP parking available as well as a dedicated drop-off area, and it can also be reached by bus.

Free parking for general admission ticket holders will be located at Car Park 3 – Yas Mall Grand Prix (LG & Mezzanine) and Car Park 4 – Yas Mall Fashion Parking (LG & Mezzanine), with shuttles departing for the main welcome tent every 20 minutes on the following schedule:

A designated taxi, rideshare, and private pick-up and drop-off area will be available outside the venue's welcome tent, the entrance to which can be found off Yas Drive at this location – please follow relevant signage upon reaching Yas Island.
🚍 Coach & Bus
Yas Links can be reached via public bus routes 102 and 216. Get off at Yas Drive/Marina Circuit North stop, which is 50 m (1 min) walk from the course.
🚴 Cycling
Spectators aged 15 and older looking to cycle to the venue can find Careem Bikes available on Yas Island. The first 45 minutes (your journey begins as soon as the bike is unlocked from the dock, and ends when it is docked again) are free, after which you will be charged AED 10 for every additional 30 minutes.

More footpaths that do not need clambering over dunes and long grass especially on front 9

It was a fantastic tournement. For visitors it is not very comfortable to follow a flight, special for people who can‘t walk very good. More space for spectators would be desirable.
