The easiest way to get to Dickies Arena is by bus and car.
Dickies Arena is located next to the Will Rogers Memorial Complex at 1911 Montgomery St. in Fort Worth. To get to the designed car park, follow these directions:
From East Fort Worth and Dallas: Take I-30 West toward Fort Worth. Exit on to the Chisholm Trail Parkway and take the University Street exit, which is free. Turn right onto University Street, and then turn left at Trail Drive to access the Yellow Lots.
From West Fort Worth: Take I-30 East toward Fort Worth. Take exit 12 toward University Street and go North on University. Turn left onto Trail Drive to access the Yellow Lots.

Dickies Arena has designated parking for events. Follow signs to 3464 Trail Drive, which is 100 m (1 min) walk to the venue.
The Yellow Lots has over 2,200 spaces and will be open for all Dickies Arena events.
Guests who are using ride share services should be dropped off at the west entrance of the arena, in the drop off lane at Dickies Way. Guests can be picked up for ride share on Harley Avenue, which is located on the north end of the building. Guests should exit the building from the north and proceed to Harley Avenue using either the stairs or ramp to the street level. Please wait to connect to your driver until you have arrived at Harley Avenue.

As the largest city, Dallas is generally the most expensive in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area. However, it’s possible to find accommodation to suit any budget in all 3 cities.
The self-operated Food & Beverage department at Dickies Arena is pleased to offer a wide variety of menu offerings and service styles throughout the arena. Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos, or coolers are prohibited from entering the building, with the sole exception of plastic baby bottles containing formula.
Water fountains are available on every level of Dickies Arena.
There are four major public entrances at Dickies Arena:
VIP Entrances are available exclusively for Premium Seating guests and are located in the south east corner (off the Plaza on the corner by the Chevrolet Garage) and north west corner of the arena.
Restrooms
Regular guest restrooms and family restrooms can be found on every level of the arena. All restrooms at Dickies Arena are ADA accessible.
Nursing Rooms
Nursing mothers’ rooms are available at all arena events. To utilize the nursing rooms located across from sections 117 and 217, please notify Guest Services at section 117 or please see a Dickies Arena Guest Services or Security team member. This room is first come, first served and will close at the end of each event.

Toilets
All restrooms at Dickies Arena are ADA accessible.
Parking
Guests who are seeking ADA parking are encouraged to park in our Yellow Lots on Trail Drive. Guests have access to an elevator, located to the left of the southeast circle stairs that will bring guests to the Simmons Bank Plaza.
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are not permitted into Dickies Arena with the exception of trained service animals and services animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed at all times unless performing a necessary task for their handler which requires the leash be removed.
ATMs
Dickies Arena provides Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) inside the arena, located on the Plaza Level concourse at Sections 111 and 126 and on the Gallery Level at Sections 211 and 226.
Lost and Found
Any guest who has lost an item during an event will be directed to Guest Services located at section 117. All found items should be turned in to the same location or given to any guest service/security team member.
Dickies Arena has a capacity of approximately 14,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
