To ensure the easiest access and exit, visitors driving to PNC Park from the North should use North Shore parking facilities, while visitors from the South, West, and East should use Downtown parking.
Payment for these lots can be made in advance on the Pirates website, via the MLB Ballpark app, or with cash on arrival. The venue recommends the Waze app for traffic help and directions to your parking spot.

Pittsburgh Regional Transit buses transport passengers around the city and provide easy access for visitors to PNC Park. Routes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15 all stop at Sandusky St + Isabella St, which is just a 200 m (2 min) walk from PNC Park.
Alternatively, those travelling from the West can park at Carnegie, Bell, Crafton or Sheraden Stations, and ride the G2 bus (West Busway - All Stops) into Downtown Pittsburgh. From there, PNC Park is just a 1.0 km (12 min) walk away via the Andy Warhol Bridge (7th Street).
Also known as "The T", light rail is a quick and easy way to travel around Pittsburgh.
T travel is free between Allegheny Station and First Avenue. Outside of this area, the service employs a “pay where you live” system, meaning travellers should pay before their ride when heading toward Downtown Pittsburgh, and after their ride when heading away from Downtown. Tickets and passes are available at ticket vending machines in stations, or with the help of mobile apps like Ready2Ride and Transit.
The closest stations to PNC Park are North Side, which is 250 m (3 min) walk to the venue, or Gateway, which leaves visitors with a picturesque 1.2 km (14 min) walk across Andy Warhol Bridge.
Pittsburgh Union Station is a 1.5 km (18 min) walk from PNC Park.
The station is on Amtrak's Capitol Limited line and provides regular services to Chicago, Cleveland, and Washington DC.
The Gateway Clipper provides shuttle services from Station Square Dock to all Pittsburgh Pirates home games at PNC Park.
Shuttles begin around 2 hours before first pitch. Return journeys begin during the bottom of the 7th inning and continue for 30 minutes after the game ends.
If fireworks, concerts, or a kids base running event follows the game, shuttles run up until 30 minutes after these finish.

Pittsburgh Water Limo is located at the Lockwall One Marina at The Cork Factory (23rd street & the River).
Water limos start approximately 1.5 hours before each game and run every 30 minutes until the start of the event.
Return trips begin after the 7th inning stretch and run until 20 minutes after the game, concert, or fireworks.
In the event of a rain delay, water limos will begin running 30 minutes after the delay has begun.

From Downtown Pittsburgh, cyclists can travel across Andy Warhol Bridge to PNC Park, where bike racks can be found near each entrance to the venue.
PNC Park is a picturesque 1.0 km (12 min) walk from Downtown Pittsburgh, which boasts some of the city's best hotels, restaurants, and attractions.

Main gates open 1.5 hours before all games except those starting at 18:35 between Monday – Thursday, when gates will only open one hour before first pitch.
The Home Plate Club opens 2 hours before first pitch for every regular season game.
Family, Men's, and Women’s restrooms are located on all levels of PNC Park.
Child-size changing tables are available in all restrooms, while an adult-size changing table is available in the Family Restroom behind Section 112 in the Crows Nest.

Noise-cancelling headphones can be obtained from the Main Guest Relations Office at the bottom of the Home Plate Rotunda.
Any guest with a disability who purchases a ticket for a game at PNC Park, and who requires a personal care attendant, may receive a complimentary for their attendant. Requests for a personal care attendant must be made at the time of purchase through the Pirates Customer Service Department at (412) 321-2827.
A sensory room is available for all guests with sensory processing needs at Suite 65.
Sensory Bags are available at no charge from the Main Guest Relations Office located at the bottom of the Home Plate Rotunda. A Quiet Room is also available at the same place.
Wheelchairs can be picked up, free of charge, from the Main Guest Relations Office at the bottom of the Home Plate Rotunda.
First Aid is located at Main Concourse Section 115 and Upper Concourse Section 315. Both First Aid locations are equipped with a Family Restroom.

PNC Park is a cashless ballpark. Credit cards, debit cards, and Apple/Google Pay are accepted for all transactions.
Reverse ATMs at Sections 119 and 319 are available for visitors wishing to convert cash to a pre-paid Mastercard. This service is free of charge and cards can be used both inside and outside PNC Park.
