The Lenovo Center can be accessed by bus, car, and taxi services. Car is the most popular mode of transport due to the arena ample car parking located within its surrounding on-site lots.

The Lenovo Center has several on-site parking areas:
To enter the Lenovo Center Parking Lots from I-40 or Wade Avenue, exit Edwards Mill Road and travel South to Edwards Mill Road. The main Lenovo Center entrance is on your left. Lots open 2.5 - 3 hours prior to most events and prices vary depending on the parking lot and the vehicle. Tailgating is permitted on site. Parking lot opening times vary based on the event.
Accessible parking spaces are located at the East and West parking lots on Lenovo Center property. Vehicles legally displaying disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces.
There are 6 ChargePoint EV charging stations in partnership with Wolfspeed. Chargers are operational from 06:00-00:00 each day.
Lenovo Center Rideshare offers a convenient, one-stop drop-off and pick-up location across the main roadway from VIP Parking, next to Townebank Center at Carter-Finley Stadium. The Rideshare program is available for all arena events. Drop-offs and pick-ups will enter via Gate C (Trinity Road) and proceed along Carter Finley Roadway to the Gate C drop-off location. Guests should then take the stairs down to the sidewalk and up to Lenovo Center. Drivers should NOT turn into any gate or parking lot, except Gate C. Alert parking staff immediately upon entering the property so that you can be directed to the Gate C rideshare location from Trinity Rd.
The Taxi Pick-Up & Drop-Off Zone at PNC Arena is located just outside the VIP Entrance. Taxis will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis at the conclusion of each event.

Lenovo Center provides a wide variety of options to cover every appetite: from casual to fine dining, to American classics and tasty snacks. Concessions are located throughout the venue and you can also enjoy the delights of the Arena Club Restaurant if you are a premium seating ticketholder.
Lenovo Center does not permit any outside food and beverage.

All guests entering Lenovo Center are subject to search as permissible by law. Clutch/wristlet bags smaller than 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted; these are not required to enter via bag X-ray line. Parenting bags and medical bags are permitted and required to pass through an X-ray machine prior to entry. Guests can expect longer wait times for bag lines.
Exit and re-entry into the arena is not permitted.
The Lenovo Center can be reached by route 26. Get off at Edwards Mill Rd at Wade Park Blvd, which is a 600 m (7 min) walk to the venue. GoRaleigh's Route 26 Bus services Crabtree Valley Mall, Laurel Hills Park, Olde Raleigh Village Shopping Center, and Trinity Corporate Park.
The main train station in Raleigh is Raleigh Union Station which is about 5 miles (8.5 km) from the arena.
You can explore Raleigh by using the Cardinal Bikeshare system where you can hire bikes from bike stations throughout the city, ride them to wherever you wish to go, and return them to the nearest station.
The closest docking station to Lenovo Center is at the North Carolina Museum of Art which is a 1.8 km (22 min) walk away.
Lenovo Center is located on the outskirts of Raleigh, but there is still plenty to see and do within walking distance. Nearby there is Carter-Finley Stadium (a 270 m (3 min) walk), North Carolina State Fair (a 1.4 km (17 min) walk), and the North Carolina Museum of Art (a 1.8 km (22 min) walk).
All public restrooms are equipped with accessible stalls, sinks, and amenities. Family restrooms are located adjacent to sections 111, 128, and 333, and are appropriate for a guest and an attendant.
As the home venue of the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes, PNC Arena primarily hosts ice hockey games. Wrestling, MMA, and basketball events as well as music concerts are also often held at the arena. You can find the PNC Arena schedule above.
Tickets prices will vary greatly in price depending on several factors such as the event, the teams playing, the ticket type, and the ticket seller. In the last 12 months, we have seen tickets as low as USD $16 with the average price sitting at around $48. Tickets can be purchased at the arena box office which is located on the south side of the venue, directly across from Carter-Finley Stadium and open Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-16:00 (non-events days) and from 12:00 through 30 minutes after the event begins on event days. However, buying tickets online is generally more reliable and more convenient as you are able to view a range of options and prices, and purchase a ticket before arriving at the arena.

Gates typically open between 60-90 mins before the start of the event. For some events, you can find the gate/door opening time on Koobit by viewing the event’s Schedule tab. Timings should also be confirmed on your tickets when you receive them.
