As there are not many public transportation links available around Greensboro Coliseum, driving is one of the best ways to reach the venue. It is advised that you find parking beforehand and allow enough time to navigate traffic around the arena.

The Greensboro Coliseum has over 6,000 on-site parking spaces. Parking fees range from $5-$20, depending on the event. Credit and Debit cards are now accepted at all Greensboro Coliseum Parking Lot entrances for all paid parking events.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
The Greensboro Coliseum Complex maintains 2 electric vehicle charging stations located at the front of the Special Events Center adjacent to the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The Coliseum Complex provides the electrical charging complimentary. Duke Energy funded the installation of the vehicle charging units which are by Chargepoint: www.chargepoint.com. The Coliseum Complex charges parking lot admission fees, per parking space, during major events.
Lyft & Uber
Lyft and Uber drop-offs and pick-ups can be made at the ACC Hall of Champions entrance located off Gate City Boulevard. Any patron wishing to remain on the Complex after a drop-off must pay the parking fee and park in a designated parking space. These procedures are subject to change at the discretion of Coliseum management.
Taxi Cabs
Taxi drivers are encouraged to drop-off and pick-up curbside during all major Coliseum events along Gate City Boulevard from just past the ACC Hall of Champions driveway to the Schiffman’s Diamond Club parking entrance
Greensboro is a relatively inexpensive city to visit with a range of accommodation options from swanky hotels to budget Airbnbs.
There are plenty of food and beverages available at the venue. From BBQ sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken strips with fries, hot dogs, hamburgers, burritos, pizza, fresh carved sandwiches, and snacks to candy, Dippin’ Dots, cookies, ice cream, bottled water, fresh brewed coffee, fruit juices, soft drinks (pepsi, diet pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mountain Dew), wine, alcoholic beverages, and beer (a variety of domestic and imported beers are available).
Entry Inspections
For select events, all guests entering the arena are subject to metal-detector screening and/or visual inspection and/or bag inspection conducted by Greensboro Coliseum Complex contracted security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items.
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the venue. Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms - men's, women's and family - in the Coliseum and Special Events Center.
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcome into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
Wheelchair Service
Coliseum personnel are prepared to offer complimentary wheelchair service to assist getting a patron to/from their seats in all venues. Attendants should be visible when you enter the lobby. If you do not see an attendant, please inquire with any Coliseum employee; we will summon an attendant by radio. No advance notice is required, simply request assistance upon your arrival.

Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available in all venues. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Greensboro Coliseum Advance Box Office or by calling our ADA Helpline at 336-218-5333 or online at Ticketmaster.com.
Parking for patrons with disabilities
Designated handicap parking is available near the entrances of the Coliseum, Special Events Center, Pavilion and Odeon Theatre. These spaces, including van accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued handicap placard or license plate.
Parking lot attendants are on duty during events to help direct patrons to available handicap parking. Please have your placard visible to attendants so they can quickly identify and assist you to designated parking.
Handicap parking spaces are charged accordingly along with general public parking spaces.

Lost & Found
Items found on our premises during an event are turned into Guest Services. At the conclusion of an event, all items are taken to the administrative offices of the Coliseum Complex. Items are retained for 60 days. Please call 336-373-7400 to reach a receptionist during normal business hours to check for lost items.

Guest Services headquarters is located on the Coliseum concourse adjacent to Section 103. Guest Services associates will be on hand to assist you.
