There are 1,400 parking spaces located onsite and within easy walking distance of the Agganis Arena.

The Agganis Arena parking garages are attended daily (except holidays) from 7:00 to 23:00. On event days, the garages open 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

Boston is a fairly small city, which has the benefit that most attractions and go-to places are within close range.
Visitors can enter through the southeast arena main entrance and lobby.
The main lobby entrance is accessible to guests with disabilities, as are all arena entrances, hallways, and pathways.
All public restrooms are equipped with accessible sinks, stalls, and amenities. There are 15 public restrooms located throughout the Arena:

Seating
The Arena offers accessible and companion seating located on the Concourse and Event Levels for all events (accessible seating locations are subject to change based on the seating configuration for various events). Please contact the Arena Ticket Office if you require accessible and companion seating.
Drop-off location
The accessible drop-off location is located on the corner of Harry Agganis Way and Commonwealth Avenue. The Main Lobby Entrance is accessible to guests with disabilities, as are all arena entrances, hallways, and pathways.
Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available in all parking lots associated with the Arena.
Sign Interpreters
The Arena offers interpretive services to guests with hearing disabilities. Any request for interpretive services must be made at least 10 days prior to an event and approved by Arena management. Due to the preparation necessary to assure high-quality interpretation, guests are encouraged to provide as much advance notice as possible to the Arena. Service Animals
Service animals that assist guests with disabilities are welcome into the Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Please contact the Arena Ticket Office if you intend to bring a service animal to an event, so an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
Elevators
Guests with disabilities receive preferential access to elevators during all Arena events. The Arena has a total of four passenger elevators: two in the southeast corner of the Arena serving Lot A, and one each in the southwest and northwest corners of the Arena providing access from the Arena lobby to the Concourse Level. The southwest and northwest corner elevators are reserved for Loge Suite and Premium Suite holders and guests with disabilities.
Agganis Arena has a capacity of approximately 7,200. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
