Champaign–Urbana offers a variety of lodgings, from cosy B&Bs to modern hotels, with prices generally being affordable compared to larger metropolitan areas.
A wide variety of concession stands is provided at the stadium. Domino's serves its famous pizza, Wood N' Hog BBQ offers classic BBQ options, while the Orange + Blue Burger Bar is perfect for a gameday hamburger. For those with a sweet tooth, Jarling's Custard Cup is a local favourite for its frozen custard.
All transactions at the stadium are cashless. During football games, most concession stands start to close at the end of the third quarter. Alcohol is served until the start of the fourth quarter.
All standard gates open 90 minutes before kickoff. Premium seating gates open 2 hours before kickoff.
Re-entry is prohibited.
Restroom facilities are provided throughout the stadium. Baby-changing facilities are available in the Horseshoe (South end zone) and in the Great East and West Halls.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices can be checked out on gameday from the west and east Guest Service Centers. These devices must be returned within 30 minutes of the end of the game.
Service Animals
Service animals and service animals in training are welcome inside the stadium.
Wheelchair Check Out
Wheelchairs can be checked out from Guest Services. A valid ID is required, and the wheelchairs are only to be used for transport to and from seats.
Guest Services
Guest Services are available near Gate 15 on the east side of the stadium and near the middle of the Great West Hall on the west side of the stadium.
First Aid
First aid rooms are provided under section 105 on the east side, and in the southwest corner of the Great West Hall south of Gate 24. Illini Emergency Medical Services technicians dressed in red shirts will be spread throughout the stadium in areas marked with red railings.
Lost & Found
During a game, visitors can enquire about lost items at Guest Services. After a game, enquiries can be directed to the Event Management Office in person (located at 1700 South Fourth Street, Champaign, IL 61820), by phone at 217-333-FIND, or by e-mail: athleticeventstaff@illinois.ed.
Each spectator entering Memorial Stadium may bring in 1 clear bag and 1 small clutch. The clear bag can be no larger than 12" x 6" x 12", and must be either clear PVC vinyl, or a 1 gallon Ziploc bag. The small clutch allows guests to bring small personal items more privately, and this bag will also be searched.
Memorial Stadium has a capacity of approximately 60,670. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
