About Doak S. Campbell Stadium

Doak S. Campbell Stadium is an American football stadium located on the Florida State University campus in Tallahassee, Florida. It is the home venue for the Florida State Seminoles football team.

The stadium opened in 1950, and was named for the university's first president, Doak S. Campbell. A petition in 2020 sought to change the venue's name due to Campbell's opposition to integration during his tenure.

As well as the Bobby Bowden Field, the stadium building includes office space, classrooms, a visitor centre, and a souvenir store. It is the largest continuous structure made of brick in the United States, and is also the 49th largest stadium in the world.

Fans can enjoy a range of concession stands at the stadium, featuring all the classic gameday favourites: hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, fried chicken, and pizza are all available at Doak. For a sweeter treat, try the pretzels or ice cream.

Beer, soda, coffee and other drinks are also for sale throughout the venue.

Outside food and drink may not be brought inside the stadium, but fans can bring empty water bottles and refill them at the water fountains around the venue.
