The Kaseya Center is located just 1.3 km north of downtown Miami. With a variety of parking options and public transport links, the venue is easily accessible in several ways.

Due to ongoing development in downtown Miami, a number of parking lots adjacent to the Kaseya Center have permanently closed. However, there are still several alternative event parking options available.
The taxi and limousine drop-off location is situated by Gate 3 on NE 8th Street on the north side of the arena, next to the arena box office windows.

From there, transfer to the free MetroMover Omni Loop to Park West Station, which is 180 m (2 min) walk from the venue.
You’ll struggle to find jaw-dropping deals in Miami - after all this is the playground of the rich and famous. The city does however still cater for varied budgets, with options from affordable backpacker hostels to no-limits extravagance.
Doors typically open 1 hour before the start of an event. The venue operates a no re-entry policy.
The arena encourages all visitors to cross Biscayne Boulevard at NE 8th Street, NE 6th Street, or NE 5th Street, where intersections are controlled by traffic signals and police supervision during events.
All public restrooms at the arena are accessible for guests with disabilities.
Wheelchairs and wheelchair escorts are not available to guests, unless a guest is involved in an incident and is being transported/seen by Fire Rescue. Guests who require the use of a wheelchair are encouraged to arrive with their wheelchair.
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services locations at Sections 103 and 322 free of charge. A valid driver’s license or picture ID will be required as a deposit while using the device.
Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at the following locations:

There is a designated Quiet Room for each event for individuals who need to regroup after becoming overstimulated. The room is located on the Mezzanine Level directly across from Elevators 1 & 2. Please reach out to any Guest Services Representative, or stop by a Guest Services Booth for directions to the Quiet Space.
Kaseya Center has a capacity of approximately 19,600. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
