Car is the best way of getting to the arena due to the venue's ample on-site parking. Visitors can also access the arena via taxi services.
After a large event, Washington Avenue is closed between Olive and Cypress Streets to safely facilitate the large flow of pedestrian traffic. When this occurs, access to the handicap entrance is achieved by driving north on Olive Street to Washington Avenue where officers are normally available to assist if necessary in locating a safe loading position.

There are multiple options for event parking at Simmons Bank Arena:
Parking charges vary. For reserved suite parking and disabled parking, please park at Washington & Riverfront.
Simmons Bank Arena offers a drop off and pick up area on the southwest side of the building on Washington St. and Simmons Bank Arena Street. Limousines, buses, and cars will be allowed to drop off and pick up in this area, but vehicles are not permitted to park here.
Little Rock is a relatively cheap city to visit, especially compared to many other US state capitals. However, it still offers a full range of accommodation options from palatial hotels to quirky Airbnb’s and social hostels.
Simmons Bank Arena offers a wide variety of food and beverage throughout the facility. Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages into Simmons Bank Arena. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles, or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of guests.
Simmons Bank Arena main entrance is located at Simmons Bank Arena Drive off of Washington Avenue. Loading Dock Service entrance is located on Cypress Street.
Re-Entry
Simmons Bank Arena has a no re-entry policy for all events.
Restrooms are located throughout Simmons Bank Arena for your convenience. All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications. Men’s, women’s, and unisex family restrooms are located in the corners of the concourse.
For guests with children, family restrooms are located next to the public restrooms. Baby changing facilities are located in all public restrooms.
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices are available at the Guest Services Desk located on the concourse outside sections 113-114. Guests wishing to check out a device must leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the device in the same condition. Devices are handed out on a first come, first served basis and are provided free of charge.
Accessible restrooms
All of Simmons Bank Arena's restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. If you require more privacy Simmons Bank Arena has four family restrooms located throughout the concourse. A Guest Service representative can help you find the closest restroom.
Accessible Drop-Off
Accessible drop-off area is located at the lower box office entrance on Washington Ave.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available at the parking lot across from the lower box office entrance. There is also parking available on Simmons Bank Arena Street, located at the front of the arena.
Escorts
Simmons Bank Arena can provide escorts to parking areas for guests with special needs. This service is free and can be requested through Guest Services. To minimize your wait, the venue suggests that you make arrangements for this service before the end of the event you're attending.
