Blenheim Palace is approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive from both London and Birmingham and sits at the edge of Woodstock in Oxfordshire and just a 20-minute journey from the city of Oxford. Due to its rural location and the parking available on site, driving is the best way to reach the palace. There is also a Park & Ride service and nearby bus and rail connections.

The palace is located 8 miles northwest of Oxford on the A44 Evesham Road. The palace is signposted from Junction 9 of the M40. If you are using satellite navigation, please use the postcode OX20 1UL. When visiting by car, please be aware that a 20 mph speed limit applies across the Estate.
Extensive on-site parking is available in the public car parks as well as disabled parking facilities for holders of official blue disabled passes. There is a parking fee for all vehicles at the event (except in standard parking which is now free) and parking is divided into 3 types:
There is a short walk from the car park to the heart of the event. Please follow the signs for parking as you approach the palace and they will direct you to the Park & Ride, where there will be running free and frequent buses.

For events, Blenheim offers quality outdoor catering and are proud to be at the forefront of this. There will be concession stands and street food eateries around the venue.
You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy at the event, however, you are restricted from taking your food into the Palace Pavilion. There are rubbish disposal facilities located all around the grounds, so please do use these when you are finished with your picnics so that litter is kept to a minimum.
You are welcome to visit the palace but you will need to purchase an additional ticket to access Blenheim Palace.

Baby changing facilities are located around the event site within the disabled toilets. These are in all key areas so you should never be too far away from one when needed.
Nearby train stations include Oxford, Oxford Parkway, and Long Hanborough. From these stations, you will need to arrange onwards travel to the palace such as taxi or bus travel.
Woodstock is connected to Oxford via the National Cycle Network #5 route. To view the Sustrans cycle route maps in detail visit sustrans.org. Please note that while there are bike racks available at the palace, cycling within the park is not permitted. Visitors may cycle from the entrance gates to the palace and back.
